HR Business Partner - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around New Orleans. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
