HR Business Partner - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Markets is a New Orleans retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
