HR Business Partner - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Ashton Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
