HR Business Partner - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in New Orleans serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
