HR Business Partner - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Fox Pharma Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
