HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Bright Ember Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Nashville plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
