HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Cedar Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
