HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Forge Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
