HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Corner Medical designs and makes medical devices in Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 374 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
