HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Birch Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
