HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Bright Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Nashville focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
