HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bridge Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
