HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Clear Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Nashville with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
