HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Amber Staffing places workers with employers around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
