HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Stone Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Nashville serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
