Clearpath Pine Financial Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
