HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Fox Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
