HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Corner Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Minneapolis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
