HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Juniper Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
