HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Cobalt Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
