HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Summit Glen Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Minneapolis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
