HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Corner Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
