HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Wilder Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
