HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen Meadow Press Partners produces print and digital publications in Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
