HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Minneapolis plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
