HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Wren Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Milwaukee presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
