HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Wilder Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
