HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Vale Press Partners produces print and digital publications in Milwaukee. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
