HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath West Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
