HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Drift Civic Services Partners supports public agencies in Milwaukee with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
