HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Milwaukee. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
