HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Willow Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
