HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Milwaukee area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
