HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
