HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sparrow Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
