HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Fox Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
