HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate River Financial Group serves customers across Milwaukee with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
