HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Milwaukee focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
