HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Mill Transit Planning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
