HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Maple Property Management manages apartment communities around Milwaukee, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
