HR Business Partner - onboarding (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Community Partners Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
