HR Business Partner - onboarding (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Granite Press Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
