HR Business Partner - onboarding (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Rowan Legal Group provides legal services in Miami across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
