HR Business Partner - onboarding (Miami, FL)

Lumen Fox Community Partners is a Miami charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
