HR Business Partner - onboarding (Miami, FL)

Ironwood West Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Miami with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
