HR Business Partner - onboarding (Miami, FL)

Cedar Clear Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Miami design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
