HR Business Partner - onboarding (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Nest Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
