HR Business Partner - onboarding (Madison, WI)

Clearpath Meadow Financial Group is a financial-services company in Madison, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
