HR Business Partner - onboarding (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Juniper Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
