HR Business Partner - onboarding (Madison, WI)

Silverline Pine Manufacturing makes precision components in Madison. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 610 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
